Group Class

Schedule Release Day: Every Monday, 10 pm.

Access up to two weeks of classes. Unreleased classes are marked “Closed”.


Secure your spot in the class by reserving it each Monday at 10 pm. In case all slots are taken, join the waitlist. Be considerate and cancel promptly to free up space for others on the waitlist. Once a spot opens up, you will automatically be added into the session. If you do not wish to be added into the session, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

To avoid a $20 Late Cancellation/No-Show fee, cancel at least 12 hours in advance. A valid medical certificate is necessary for any request to waive the Late Cancellation/No-Show fee.

Clients who are pregnant, postnatal, or have undergone surgery must obtain approval from their doctor.

All packages and memberships are non-extendable, non-transferable & non-refundable.

New to Pilates?

For beginners to Pilates, we recommend starting with our mat classes: Fundamentals, Core Flow, Lean and Tone, and Mobility and Flexibility. These classes are designed to help you build a strong foundation in Pilates and prepare you for our more advanced classes.

    Our Fundamentals class is designed to introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates, including breathing, alignment, and control. You'll learn to activate your deep core muscles and use them to support your movements. This class is ideal for those new to Pilates or wanting to review and refine their technique.

    Our Core Flow class is designed to challenge and strengthen your core muscles, essential for maintaining good posture and preventing injury. This class incorporates fluid movements and dynamic sequences to engage your core and energise you.

    Our Mobility and Flexibility class is the perfect choice for those looking to improve their mobility and flexibility. Through stretching and strengthening exercises, this class will help increase your range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and improve your overall flexibility.

    Sculpt and tone your body in our Lean and Tone class while increasing your overall strength and endurance. Get ready to challenge yourself and leave feeling energised!

Take it to the next level

If you have completed our group class newbie package and are looking to progress, Reformer Circuit and Stability Chair offer a higher level of challenge, building on the foundational principles you learned in your beginner classes.

These classes incorporate more complex movements, props, and longer sequences.

  • Class size: 8

    Move through various exercises at different stations and challenge your strength and endurance. Our Reformer Circuit class is designed for those with a strong foundation in Pilates and looking for a challenging workout that incorporates both the mat and the reformer.

    Please note that this class is not recommended for beginners, as it assumes a certain level of experience and knowledge of Pilates exercises.

    If you've had some experience using Pilates equipment, you're in for a treat. The Stability Chair is a versatile and challenging piece of equipment that adds a new dimension to your Pilates practice. This class will focus on using the chair to improve stability, balance, strength, and flexibility.

    Whether you're looking to improve your overall fitness, recover from an injury, or challenge yourself in new ways, this class is designed to meet your needs.
